JOB SUMMARY
MEDICAL INFORMATION SPECIALIST
This position involves working in US shifts for medical information contact center MICC. Global Inbox management, handling inbound and outbound calls related to medical information, adverse event reports, product quality complaint reports, and medical inquiries. Data entry and triaging of adverse event reports, product quality complaint reports, and medical inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, other HCP’s, and consumers/patients. Identify adverse events and product complaints during data entry of medical inquiries. Utilize writing skills to write and file adverse event reports and product quality complaint reports.

QUALIFICATION

  • Education: B. Pharm, M. Pharm and PharmD.
  • Experience and/or Training: Excellent customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong clinical background
  • Must speak, read, and write in English fluently. Typing speed above 25 WPM
  • Shifts : Night shifts ( 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
