Clinical Research or GCP certification preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Research Trainee to support clinical research activities and gain hands-on exposure to clinical trial processes. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior team members and be trained in compliance with study protocols, SOPs, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day clinical research and trial-related activities

Support documentation and maintenance of essential trial files (TMF/ISF)

Assist in data collection, entry, and basic verification

Support coordination with investigators, sites, and internal teams

Learn and follow study protocols, SOPs, and GCP guidelines

Assist in patient coordination and visit scheduling (if site-based)

Support monitoring, audit, and compliance activities under supervision

Participate in training sessions and internal reviews

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of clinical research concepts

Willingness to learn clinical trial processes

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
