Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development & R&D Support
-
Assist in the design, development, and validation of surgical robotic systems.

Support prototype evaluation and performance validation under the guidance of senior engineers.
-
Focus on product improvements regarding safety, usability, and clinical effectiveness.
2. Clinical & Field Activities
-
Conduct frequent hospital visits for anatomical data collection and system usability validation.
-
Observe clinical workflows and support device deployment and troubleshooting.
-
Assist during live clinical procedures to evaluate device performance in real-time.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Work with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

Coordinate with surgeons and hospital staff for clinical evaluations.
-
Provide technical inputs for regulatory and quality compliance.
4. Documentation & Compliance
-
Maintain accurate records of clinical observations and test results per internal SOPs.
-
Prepare technical reports and study summaries for product improvement.

Ensure all field activities meet internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
5. Innovation & Continuous Learning

Contribute to automation and healthcare technology innovation.

Participate in early-stage research and feasibility studies for new product concepts.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of academic/internship exposure.

Preferred: Prior exposure to clinical environments or medical device projects.
Skills and Competencies

Anatomy: Fundamental understanding of human anatomy is mandatory.
